The Planning & Development Agency is a County department dedicated to assist our communities as they grow and prosper. We provide information to municipalities about federal, state, and local land use laws, coordinate permitting procedures and county review, provide technical assistance, and help procure grants and other assistance. Our agency publishes a quarterly newsletter called The Planner which focuses on current planning news, views and issues.
